Unclaimed items are held for 30 days. Call The Ford Operations, and if your item or something similar has been found, we’ll contact you within 48 hours. All claimed items must be picked up in person.

If you are prompted to leave a message, be as specific as possible—include brand names, colors, and sizes.

Please be aware that our staff does thorough sweeps of the venue after each concert. If more than 48 hours have passed since your event and we have not found anything that matches your description, your item is unlikely to be discovered.
