Planning Your Visit to The Ford

All on-site parking lots will be available for purchase the night of the concert. We will accept credit card and cash payments on site. We encourage you to arrive early for on-site parking and to accommodate unpredictable traffic patterns.

Surrounding the Hollywood Bowl are 14 beautiful picnic areas, some of which open as early as four hours before your concert. Picnicking at the Bowl provides you with the opportunity to enjoy the

Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and one person/group is allowed to reserve each table. Large groups (30+) may reserve selected picnic areas through the Group Services Office by calling 323 850 2050. Tailgating in the parking lots is not permitted.stunning views and unwind with friends.

The total number of tickets available for each concert will be based on the LA County health and safety guidelines at the time of reopening. Due to this reduced capacity and number of concerts, there will be no subscriptions for this summer.

Bring your own food and drinks and grab a table on the terrace or garden for your picnic. You can also purchase your meal from The Ford Terrace Café or local curated offerings in the Grab & Go Market. All food and drinks are allowed in the theater, and gates open 90 minutes before the show.

Generally, we do not have set times until the artist goes on stage.  Therefore, we are unable to provide set times in advance.  To ensure that you don’t miss any of your concert, we encourage all patrons to arrive early.

We have a casual dress code. Wear whatever's comfortable (but no bare feet, please!) It can get chilly later in the evening - bring a blanket or an extra jacket.

We suggest arriving at least one hour prior to your performance. Gates open 90 minutes prior to the performance.
