About this Piece

The Swedish choreographer approaches Cuban culture through Rumba, a genre of traditional Cuban music with African roots. The score by Leo Brouwer, one of the most important Cuban composers, is the starting point that Lidberg and Stefan Levin develop to create a celebration of youth between twilights and dawns. The artistic installation "Vientos" by the Cuban Elizabet Cerviño is used on stage.
