The YOLA Institute Concert Orchestra provides developing musicians with focused ensemble experiences that strengthen technique, musicianship, artistic growth, and collaborative music-making. Enhancing the orchestral experience, musicians also participate in both wind and string ensembles.

The YOLA Institute Symphony Chamber Orchestra offers advanced students the opportunity to explore more challenging repertoire through more complex smaller chamber orchestra pieces.

The YOLA Institute Big Band explores the traditions of jazz, Latin music, and contemporary large ensemble performance while developing students’ rhythmic precision, stylistic understanding, improvisation, and ensemble artistry.
