About this Artist

Soprano KRISTEN WATSON has appeared frequently with Boston Baroque, including during their 2003 tour to Poland, and she is a featured soloist in both concert and recording with Boston's Handel and Haydn Society and the Pittsburgh Camerata. She has sung with the Boston Pops, Emmanuel Music, Boston Lyric Opera/Opera New England, and the Boston University Opera Institute.

Her concert repertory includes Handel's Messiah, Vivaldi's Gloria and Pergolesi's Stabat Mater; operatic roles include the Sandman and the Dewfairy in Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel, Tytania in Britten's A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Adele in Johann Strauss, Jr.'s Die Fledermaus.
