About this Artist

DEE WALLACE STONE (Mrs. Mullin) is perhaps best known for role as the mother in Steven Spielberg's beloved classic E.T. , and she has also appeared in The Howling, Cujo, and Secret Admirer, as well as a number of made-for-television movies. Recently, Stone spent time in South Africa filming Pirates of the Plain, in which she stars with Tim Curry. She is currently working on three projects: Out of the Black, Always Greener, and Alliance. In addition to her career, Wallace runs an acting studio. Through her teaching, she hopes to pass on the positive aspects of the business to her 60 students. In 1999, Stone began sharing the story of her success, by working as a motivational speaker, an activity that she believes is her true destiny. Carousel marks her first performance at the Hollywood Bowl.
