About this Artist
DANNY STILES (Rusty Charlie) is a native Californian and a nice person. He has shared his blend of humor and heart with local and international audiences, such as Sister Act: The Musical (Bones) at the Pasadena Playhouse; The Full Monty (Dave) at CLOSBC and MTW (where he also played King in Big River); A Year With Frog And Toad (Toad), ICT west coast premiere; Lil’ Abner (Evil Eye Fleagle); The Most Happy Fella (Jake/Ciccio), for which he earned the MTG Garland award; and Company (Dave), The Rocky Horror Show (Eddie/Dr. Scott), and Sweeney Todd, all at Performance Riverside. He also recently returned from the Broadway workshop of Alan Menken’s Leap of Faith in New York City.
Danny performed at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City and has sung with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. He also sings with California’s premier a cappella sextet Vybration, and has spent an ample amount of time performing for Disney in such shows as Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular (Genie). He has performed for audiences at the Indy 500, throughout Mexico, and in Canada, and has spearheaded his own Shakespeare troupe in England. Danny is a proud member of Equity and is so excited to perform on the Hollywood Bowl stage, where his parents used to bring him to educate him about music.
