JEFFREY POLK (Doc) is happy to be here at beautiful Walt Disney Concert Hall. He played Banzai in The Lion King at the Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles for 2 years. He was Annis in the national tour of Jesus Christ Superstar for McCoy/Rigby Productions. He performed in the first national tour of Smokey Joe’s Café and was also in productions in Australia, Japan, Germany, and Las Vegas (with Gladys Knight). In addition, Jeffrey has directed/choreographed Smokey Joe’s Café 8 times. He received a Los Angeles Ovation Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical for the role of Little Moe in Five Guys Named Moe; he also performed that role on Broadway and in the national tour. He has been involved with many other musicals, either performing, directing, choreographing, or just enjoying. Now, here on stage with great friends and the wonderful world of Disney, he feels truly blessed.
