MICHAEL MCKEAN (Luther Billis), a native New Yorker and longtime L.A. resident, has appeared on Broadway in Accomplice (Theater World Award), Hairspray, and Pajama Game, at Williamstown in On the Razzle, and recently in London in Love Song. His films include Used Cars, This Is Spinal Tap, Clue, Light of Day, The Big Picture, Coneheads, The Brady Bunch Movie, True Crime, Best in Show, 100 Mile Rule, A Mighty Wind, For Your Consideration, Joshua, and The Grand, among others. He has appeared as a regular on Laverne and Shirley, Dream On, Saturday Night Live, Tracey Takes On, and Primetime Glick, and guest-starred on X-Files, Friends, Alias, The Simpsons, Star Trek Voyager, Smallville, the HBO film And Starring Pancho Villa as Himself, Boston Legal, Celebrity Jeopardy (two-time champ), and many more. As a composer, McKean netted an Academy Award nomination for "A Kiss at the End of the Rainbow" (co-written with his wife, Annette O'Toole) from A Mighty Wind, and received a Grammy for the title song (co-written with Eugene Levy and Christopher Guest) from the same film. His band, Spinal Tap, recently appeared before a crowd of 65,000 (and a billion or so worldwide) at this summer's Live Earth concert at London's Wembley Stadium. This is for Mr. Bruce Mooney.
