Pianist Inyoung Huh has impressed audiences with her unique artistry that is a blend of natural talent and superb musical training. Critics have described her performances as "a brilliant balance between intellect and emotion." She made her debut as a soloist with the Korean Youth Symphony Orchestra, playing Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1 at age sixteen. As one of the youngest pianists to win the first prize at the JoongAng Daily Music Competition, the most prestigious competition in Korea, she received immediate recognition as a promising young artist. She continued to receive many prizes and awards including the first prize at the Corpus Christi Young Artists International Competition and first place at the USC Concerto Competition.

Ms. Huh has appeared as a soloist with the Pacific Symphony Orchestra and the USC Thornton Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Carl St.Clair and John Barnett. She also has been a regular soloist with orchestras in Korea and with Bulgaria's National Symphony Orchestra. She has given recitals in numerous music festivals in the United States, Canada, and Asia.

Her recitals and performances have been heard on Sundays Live on K-Mozart and KUSC in Los Angeles, and on WGBH in Boston, KBS in Korea, and NHK in Japan.

Ms. Huh earned her Master of Music degree from the New England Conservatory, with academic honors and distinction in performance. In May 2005, she received a Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance from the University of Southern California. She was recently appointed as an Adjunct Professor as a sabbatical substitute for Professor Norman Krieger at USC.
